OBC-R12S is an organic phosphonic acid type medium and low temperature retarder.

OBC-R12S can effectively extend the thickening time of cement slurry, with strong regularity, and has no effect on other properties of cement slurry.

OBC-R12S is suitable for the preparation of fresh water, salt water and sea water.
