Summary
OBF-FLC22 adopts the molecular structure design concept to improve the rigidity of copolymer molecules, and the introduced monomer repeat unit has a large space volume, which can effectively increase the steric hindrance and improve the effect of reducing HTHP filtration loss of the product. At the same time, through the selection of temperature and salt resistant monomer, the ability of temperature and salt resistant calcium was further enhanced. The product overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional polymer fluid loss reducer, such as poor shear resistance, poor salt calcium resistance and unsatisfactory HTHP fluid loss reduction effect. It is a new polymer fluid loss reducer.

Features
OBF-FLC22 has strong salt resistance. Through laboratory experiments, the salt content of the drilling fluid system used for evaluation was adjusted, and the salt resistance of OBF-FLC22 product was investigated after aging at 200℃ in base slurry with different salt content.
OBF-FLC22 has excellent thermal stability. In the laboratory experiment, the aging temperature of OBF-FLC22 was gradually increased to investigate the temperature resistance limit of OBF-FLC22 products in 30% salt slurry.
OBF-FLC22 has good compatibility. The performance of OBF-FLC22 aged at 200℃ in seawater, composite saline and saturated saline drilling fluid systems was investigated by laboratory experiments.

Package and Storage
Packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. It shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
