Summary
OBC-43S is a polymer oil well cement fluid loss additive. It is copolymerized with AMPS/NN, which has good resistance to temperature and salt, as the main monomer, combined with other salt-tolerant monomers. The product introduces groups that are not easily hydrolyzed, the high temperature resistance is obviously enhanced, and the molecule contains a large number of strong adsorption groups such as -CONH2, -SO3H, -COOH, which play an important role in temperature resistance, adsorption of free water, and loss of water.
OBC-43S has good versatility, can be used in a variety of cement slurry systems, and has good compatibility with other additives.
OBC-43S has a high low shear rate viscosity, which can effectively enhance the suspension stability of the cement slurry system, while maintaining the fluidity of the slurry, preventing sedimentation, and having good gas channeling resistance. The viscosity of low shear rate is lower than OBC-33S.
OBC-43S has a wide application temperature, high temperature resistance up to 230℃, good fluidity and stability of the cement slurry system, less free liquid, no retardation, and rapid development of early strength at low temperature.
OBC-43S is suitable for fresh water/salt water slurry mixing.

Usage range
Temperature: ≤230°C (BHCT).
Suggestion dosage: 0.6%-3.0% (BWOC).

OBC-43S is packed in a 20kg three-in-one compound bag, or packed according to customer requirements.
