Summary
OBC-LES is also called Silica fume or Condensed Silica fume. It is produced when ferroalloy is used to smelt ferrosilicon and industrial silicon (metal silicon), a large amount of highly volatile SiO2 and Si gas is produced inside the ore-smelting electric furnace, and the gas is rapidly oxidized, condensed and precipitated with the air after emission. It is a by-product of large industrial smelting, and dust removal and environmental protection equipment is needed for recycling during the whole process. Because of its light weight, encryption equipment is also needed.
In cementing engineering, OBC-LES is used to prepare the cement slurry and has the function of inhibiting gas channeling and water channeling, effectively shortening the transition time of cement slurry static gel development, improving the stability of cement slurry and the strength of set cement.
